Ms. Dukes, Everything you said was such a positive response about my husband. He was more than words could say. Keep up the work that you do and keep his legacy going and share all the good memories with your students. He was a very motivational and inspiring person.Tracey Jones says:
This reminds me of "Passing it Forward"... Lovejoy did it! Dukes is doing it! And now you've presented yuour students with an awesome opportunity to continue legacies which shape and mold our world with a positive impact! KEEP IT UP, DUKES!!! Girl, you don't even surprise me anymore! Your excellence is expected! TraceyJaffalyn G. says:
My wonderful sister.....One of the most caring, loving, fun, empathetic, creative, and patient person I know. I am so blessed and proud to say that Jaslyn "Janae" Dukes is my sister. I traveled from Monroe, LA in great anticipation to meet my sister's students, as she spoke very highly of each and every one of them, when we conversed on the phone at night. When I was there at Stewart, I could see and feel the love, not just only her students had for her, but ALL students at her school. I asked one of her students what they liked about Mrs. Dukes and she simply said..."I just love her....she makes me feel smart sometimes.......oh and she's pretty too." I also got a chance to witness how she made learning a fun experience for each and every child. Everyone was so eager to participate. I am an advocate for ALL children getting the proper education they deserve and my sister does just that! So I say to my sister, Thank you for being who you are and always striving for the best and pushing for the best for every child you have encountered. I love you and tell Ayden TT cant wait until she reads her another book via facetime.Pamelia Bunnitt says:

AWESOME! "Teaching with Teal" in a teal wig! Your teaching methods are only a portion of the substance you bring into the classroom! It is a pleasure to work with a dedicated professional as yourself! And KUDOS to my 'Alma Mater:' Grambling State University continues to produce energetic, enthusiastic, engaging persons which become strong, solid, secure individuals! 'Keep it Going' as you continue to 'Pass it Forward' to your students. God's continued blessings upon you and your family!
